Qualifications

1. Information security background in automotive electronic control unit;

2. Knowledge of common encryption algorithms such as RNG, SHA-2, RSA, SM-2/3/4/9;

3. Familiar with the network security standard ISO/SAE21434 and have experience in development based on this process;

4. Knowledge of Ethernet based TLS protocols, familiar with AUTOSAR modules such as SecOC, CryIf, Csm;

5. Knowledge of common MCUs such as the NXP series and Infineon series HSM hardware encryption modules.

Job Description

1. Responsible for researching and developing core algorithms for battery management system (BMS) such as SOC, SOP and SOH;

2. Write algorithm description files for software modules and assist software developers in algorithm scheduling and management during development;

3. Responsible for writing and reviewing relevant design documents, test reports, and other technical documents;

4. Responsible for the continuous optimization of algorithms, improving algorithm accuracy, and conducting research on cutting-edge algorithms.

Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of experience in passenger vehicle BMS software development, familiar with Model-based Development (MBD) and collaborative processes;

2. Familiar with BMS fast/slow charging/discharging and other common strategies. Familiarity with ISO26262 functional safety and SOA software algorithms is a plus.

3. Familiarity with AUTOSAR, protocol stacks, and conformance testing specifications is a plus.

  4. Experience in developing low-voltage BMS products is a plus.  

Job Description

1. Plan functional safety activities at the project level;

2. Participate in the design of system architecture, hardware architecture, and software architecture from a functional safety perspective;

3. Guide engineers to complete the designs at the system, hardware, and software levels;

4. Responsible for designing and implementing security mechanisms at the software level, conducting safety analysis, and performing independence analysis;

5. Responsible for leading the team to complete functional safety verification;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in power electronics, electronics and information engineering, or related fields;

2. More than 3 years of functional safety design and development experience; and experience in leading a team for component functional safety development is a plus;

3. Proficient in electronic component failure mechanisms, and skilled in using functional safety analysis methods and tools such as FTA, DFA, DIA, FMEDA;

4. Proficient in functional safety related standards such as ISO26262, GB/T34590, and ISO21448;

5. Design experience in at least one aspect of the concept/system/hardware/software/testing levels of new energy three core electric controllers (MCU, VCU & BMS).

2. Responsible for organizing and implementing the verification of software design, and participating in the integration of the vehicle control system;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, vehicle engineering, power electronics, or related fields;

2. Mastery of fundamental drive algorithms; familiar with motor vector control theory; experience in MATLAB motor control modeling and automatic code generation; and experience in the development of the resolver software decoding;

3. More than three years of relevant work experience in the field of inverter and servo system industry;

4. Proficient in vector control strategies for permanent magnet synchronous motors and induction motors, with relevant product experience;

5. Familiar with mainstream motor control MCU platforms, and proficient in programming and application on at least one platform.

1. Responsible for detailed system architecture design based on requirements, selection of system component models, and discussion of requirement details with clients;

2. Prepare documentation for the system analysis and design process, participate in reviews during the system design and other related work;

3. Responsible for analyzing and solving problems during product testing, calibration, and other processes; and assist in analyzing and solving technical issues during manufacturing and warranty return processes;

4. Organize prototype reviews and optimizations; and responsible for the release and upgrade of product Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, vehicle engineering, power electronics, or related fields;

2. Two years or more of product development experience in the field of new energy vehicles, with a strong familiarity with functional safety;

3. Familiar with the high-voltage electrical architecture of battery electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles; familiar with the logical functions, fault diagnosis functions, communication mechanisms, and other aspects of motor control products; and has a certain level of knowledge in motor control technology;

4. Familiar with the development process of automotive electronic products; and able to understand and accurately convert customer requirements into internal requirement documents.

Job Description

1. Familiar with product system architecture; and capable of conducting product functionality and performance tests using common testing tools;

2. Familiar with the meaning of calibration parameters; and able to calibrate product torque parameters, protection threshold parameters, and other parameters using common calibration tools;

3. Familiar with product system requirements; and design test cases, and optimize these test cases for cost effectiveness;

4. Apply the requirements of the ISO26262 functional safety standard for testing.

Qualifications

3. Familiar with basic and common laboratory instruments; and have a certain level of knowledge in basic communication protocols.

Job Description

1. Responsible for hardware requirement analysis and hardware solution design for new energy vehicle motor controllers;

2. Responsible for component model selection for the motor controller driver board, designing of the hardware schematic, and preparation of design and test documentation;

3. Debug functional prototypes, conduct bench testing on the controller, and perform rectification and fault analysis for EMC experiments.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of R&D experience in power electronics products, and familiar with the working principles of motor controllers;

2. Experience in the R&D of power electronic products, including DC/DC converters, inverters, OBC, etc.; familiar with the layout of power electronic products; experience in PCB designing; and experience in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) designing and rectifying;
